The Contact Centre Parts Specialist provides support to customers while liaising with the Parts Department at the Service Centers.

Parts Specialist

He/She will ensure that the highest level of Customer Service possible is delivered; resolve all guests/clients concerns and/or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion and to ensure that no guest/client leaves less than 100% satisfied.

Essential Job Functions:

  • To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
  • Answering general queries for cost and availability of part items.
  • Navigate all Brand catalogs to locate correct part items and details.
  • Prepare quotation for clients.
  • Provide courteous, professional and efficient service to customers at all times.
  • Ensure handling of all customer queries via telephone calls or emails.
  • Providing call back or following up with clients in a timely manner.
  • Handling of complaints in an expeditious, courteous and fair manner.
  • Any other duties as assign by management. 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or O-level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English.
  • Computer literate with computer application and software i.e. Windows/Excel/Access/Outlook. Ability to input and access information from a computer.
  • Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Relationship Skills; (Professional and Tactful).
  • Automotive experience would be an asset.

Specific Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent decision making skills, ensuring company standards are met and upheld.
  • Must be organized and detail orientated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, works well under pressure, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Must be able to develop/maintain constructive working relationships internally and externally.
  • Must exhibit integrity, professionalism, and good deportment at all times.
  • Must be confidential.
  • Must be flexible.
