We are seeking a skilled Process Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and equipment in our plant to ensure efficient and safe production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Operate various types of machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce [Carbonated and Still Beverages]
  • Monitor process parameters, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and chemical concentrations, to ensure that processes are running within specified parameters.
  • Make adjustments to equipment and processes as needed to maintain optimal conditions and maximize production efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to identify problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of yourself and others in the plant.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to keep it in good working condition, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Assist maintenance personnel with repairs and upgrades to equipment as needed.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process, taking samples and performing tests to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including operating logs, maintenance records, and quality control data.
  • Communicate regularly with other team members, including supervisors, engineers, and maintenance staff, to coordinate activities and address any issues that arise.

Education and Qualifications

  1. Process Plant Operations Diploma or Equivalent
  2. One years of experience working as a process plant operator or in a similar role.
  3. Knowledge of plant operations, including machinery, equipment, and processes.
  4. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
  5. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  7. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  8. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
