Job Summary:
The Organizational Development Manager position will support the ongoing development and management of iQor’s career and leadership development programs. Managing new projects and initiatives, creating dashboards and tracking systems based on deliverables as they relate to our programs. Additionally, this position will require a level of prior coaching experience and support program development.

Bachelor's degree in training, HR and/or leadership/organizational development preferred. CPLP credential a plus. Executive Coaching Certification preferred. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred (or equivalent based on Geo).
