OPERATIONS MANAGER (WESTERN JAMAICA)

Description

The incumbent will manage inbound and out activities related to the receipt and storage of goods and management of the company’s inventory. Previous work experience or knowledge of the building materials industry would be an asset. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Directs the efficient and cost-effective operation of our warehousing facilities.
• Manager  inbound and/or outbound activities
• Oversees activities related to order-filling and stock replenishment.
• Responsible for accurate inventory levels
• Enforce and implement safety, security, housekeeping policies 

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Customer Focused, results-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
• Possess a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
• Tertiary Level Education (BSc Sales and/Marketing)
• Own and operate a  reliable motor vehicle
