VACANCY - Medical Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

A leading Pharmaceutical Distributor in the East requires a Medical Representative to sell existing and new products, collect payments, gather market data and establish strong relationships with customers. 

KEY DUTIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with identified customer base (Doctors, VETs, Medical Institutions, etc.)
• Manage Contacts database
• Achieve Sales targets set by management
• Collection of  payments from customers
• Manage Product Returns
• Record and submit customer concerns re: sales and services to Customer Service Supervisor
• Recommend solutions to customer’s concerns
• Gather Customer or Market data for the purpose of increasing sales, market share and infiltrating new markets
• Analyze market trends for the purpose of increasing sales, market share and infiltrating new markets
• Present product information to customers in formal or informal arena.
• Participate in conferences, health fairs and related functions when required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Mature person with strong sales background and 2-3 years in a similar position
• First Degree in Pharmacology/Sciences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Power Point
• Any specialized training in Sales/Marketing would be an asset
• Must possess a Vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Police Certificate of Character
• A valid T&T Passport

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $10,000-13,000 plus commission
