Job Title: Marketing Officer

Qualifications required:

1) An undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field

2) 2 years experience in the field of Marketing may be acceptable in lieu of an undergraduate degree
3) Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
4) Certification in Microsoft Office.

5) Very strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills;

6) Ability to forge relationships with people;
7) Aggressive, confident and positive, while maintaining a high standard of
    integrity and reliability

Duties
The Officer will be expected to perform, but will not be limited to, the
following duties:
• Review the website of the organization on a daily basis to ensure that the
  sites are functioning;
• Develop strategies for the effective marketing of the organization.
• Use various social media to promote the organization.
• Update websites on a daily basis.
• Review and forward relevant emails and necessary correspondence to online users
  and prospective clients;
• Review ads prior to posting them on the different medias;
• Follow up on all email postings, phone calls and site updates;
• Recommend areas in which new technology can be introduced so as to ensure the
  organization’s competitive advantage;
• Develop databases to assist in improving efficiency;
• Provide reports for the activity and response to advertising and marketing
