MASSAGE THERAPIST

The Massage Therapist is responsible for the comfort of the guests of the spa while performing treatments. Direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction achievement of Spa standards, and profit maximization. As part of the Spa Team it is imperative to work harmoniously to achieve the highest standard of service.

 Applicants should satisfy the following:  

• A friendly and nurturing personality;
• Enjoys inter personal contact with guests and team members and be willing to work a variety of shifts as well as holidays and weekends;
• Cleanliness and hygiene is of paramount importance both personally and in your working space at all times;
• Interested in working on a fulltime or contractual basis
• Must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job:
  • Aromatherapy Massage
  • Swedish Massage
  • Shiatsu Massage
  • Body Scrubs / Loofa
  • Facials
  • Paraffin Treatments
  • Sports Massage
  • Reflexology
  • Body Wraps
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Waxing Services
• Must have a valid Massage License;
• Must be certified in at least two modalities.

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Must have a valid License/Certificate in your field of expertise;
• A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills;
