InfoLink Services Limited (ISL) has been the domestic debit switch for over twenty years. ISL is owned by four of the largest Trinidad & Tobago banks: Republic Bank Limited, First Citizens, Scotiabank and RBC and switches debit transactions for eight network participants. The other four participants are known as licensees: First Caribbean, JMMB, Eastern Credit Union and Bank of Baroda. The company was created to enable these financial institutions to enhance their self-service banking products through the implementation of state of the art financial transaction switching technology.
