COMPANY BACKGROUND

Founded in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1986, ITS Energy Services provides a wide range of specialised products and services to the upstream oil and gas industry, with a focus primarily on drilling activities. Founded in 1986 in Aberdeen, Scotland, the ITS Group now operates from 28 strategically located facilities across 17 countries including the US, Trinidad, Mexico, Venezuela, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Singapore, Iraq india peru and China, with a global workforce in excess of 1000 highly-skilled employees. The principal activities of the Group are the provision of drilling and pressure control equipment, the provision of casing running and fishing services, as well as machine shop manufacturing, inspection and refurbishment services. The customer base ranges from national, independents and major oil companies to drilling contractors and oilfield service companies. Our reputation for service excellence is built on our commitment to quality and the timely delivery of cost-effective solutions in the safest manner possible.

Principal activities are renting drilling tubulars and pressure control equipment and providing casing running and fishing services.  ITS serves an extensive customer base of E&P companies, drilling contractors and service companies from 22 operating facilities primarily located in the Middle East, Latin America, U.K. and Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. 

ITS INTERNATIONAL Tubular Services Ltd entered the Trinidad oil and gas market when it acquired a local oilfield service business called Trinpet Limited in 2008.  The strategic location of Trinidad gives us the capability to service customers operating in both the domestic market and the wider Latin American region.

In April 2013 Parker Drilling Acquired International Tubular Services Limited. Parker Drilling a US owned company provides advanced drilling solutions to the energy industry. They are a technically innovative company providing worldwide drilling services, rental tools and project management, including rig design, construction and operations management. The joint forces were formed to provide international presence, product offerings and service capabilities to better meet our customers' needs.
