Human Capital Development Facilitation Company Limited

The Human Capital Development Facilitation Company Limited is a wholly owned State Enterprise mandated to facilitate the acquisition of land and other resources, for the establishment of Human Capital Development (HCD) Centres and other projects necessary for the implementation of the PSIP for the Ministry of Tobago Development.   The company is also responsible for the management of the operations of the HCD Centres and other PSIP projects.
