HSE Officer

The HSE Officer assist in the implementation of Company’s HSE strategies, policies and procedures throughout the organization.

HSE Officer 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate inspection and corrective action reports
• Conduct risk assessments 
• Participate in the development/review of HSE policies, procedures and action plans and makes recommendations for improvements
• Provide guidance to employees while conducting  task based Risk Assessment
• Assist in the Implementation of HSE strategies for improvements in the management system
• Identify, evaluate and coordinate the installation of HSE Equipment (fire equipment, first aid kits) from authorized suppliers
• Conduct Company HSE Orientation sessions
• Participate and assist in investigation of HSE related incidents, and takes action for improvement/prevention
• Plan, execute and audit drills in accordance with approved drill matrix, demonstrates use of emergency response apparatus and conducts post drill assessments as required
• Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training
• Assist in the efficient operations of the company’s Driver’s Program
• Establish and maintain a manual and digital record management system and ensure up to date statistical information
