Duties will include:
- Offering effective leadership across all functions to ensure profitable growth of the business
- Working closely with the regional management team to provide risk management strategies and management reports
- Contributing to short and long-term organizational strategies, policies and practices
- Driving sales efforts to achieve objectives
- Assisting with annual budgeting and planning, ensuring all financial regulations are adhered to
- Actively promoting an effective customer service culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or a relevant field; MBA preferred
- Insurance designation E.g. FLMI
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in all aspects of the insurance industry
- Minimum 5 years' in a senior Managerial post
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent working knowledge of insurance laws, products and services
- Demonstrable leadership and ability to manage staff, projects and initiatives
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Commitment to get the job done
