Weatherford Trinidad Limited invites suitably qualified and experienced nationals of Trinidad and Tobago to fill the following vacancy:

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Major Responsibilities:

The Facilities Supervisor will serve as the primary contact for facility services and for planning and coordinating facility maintenance and improvement projects.  

Candidates should possess knowledge of and or ability to undertake at least the following:

  • Coordinate activities related to the maintenance, repair and upgrade of Company facilities
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for all building electrical systems, air condition units, compressors, water pumps, refrigeration, plumbing and other integrated systems to ensure functionality
  • Control the allocation and re-assignment of office and workshop space to effectively meet the Company’s operational needs
  • Perform regularly scheduled building inspections to identify facility deficiencies requiring attention and establish and implement appropriate plans for the resolution of all such deficiencies
  • Supervise the execution of all works performed on sit by contractors/contracting firms to ensure compliance with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology or other Technical qualification at a Diploma level or above (MET, EEET etc.)
  • Certification in Facilities Management will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience performing equipment maintenance & repair activities
  • Computer Literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong team player with outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to and willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Experience with mechanical equipment would be an asset.
