Executive Secretary
The Executive Secretary reports directly to one of the Company's Director and is responsible for provding senior level secretarial and clerical services for the Director. He/she will be responsible for filing, scheduling appointments/meetings, handling in coming and out going correspondence, taking meeting minutes and preparing reports as requested by the Director. This individual must be detailed oriented and possess good interpersonal and origanisational skills.
