ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFTEY MANAGER

Successful candidate will manage the implementation and maintenance of environment, health and safety standards of the resort, in line with policies of Sandals Resorts International and local legislation.

  Applicants should satisfy the following: 

• Knowledge of principles and procedures in Risk and Insurance policy management.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and initiatives.
• Ability to communicate in both written and oral effectively and to enforce standards on resorts.
• Ability to focus on details.
• Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and therefore promote harmonious relationships (inter and intra-departmentally);
• Good organizational and presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Disciplined with attention to detail.

  The Ideal Candidate must have: 

• First Degree from recognized tertiary institution.
• Over 4 years successful working experience in similar capacity preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
• Earth Check Master Trainer Certification and Training.
• Studies and experience in Nursing, Engineering, Health & Safety and/or Environment will be seen as an asset.
