Dispatcher

1] Ensure the accurate materials are loaded for delivery 2] Dispatch vehicles on a timely basis

• Ensure  trucks are loaded on time and dispatched
• Ensure delivery notes are signed out properly
• Ensure dispatch book is entered with all orders leaving
• Ensure only materials on delivery leaves the compound
• Complete the return form on incoming materials
• Ensure the correct qty. of materials loaded on the truck corresponds with the material requisition
• Assist in loading vehicles
• Check the quality of the material leaving
• Must be in good physical and mental health
• At least 2-3 years in a similar position and/or highly motivated with a willingness to learn
• Honesty
• Excellent oral and communication skills
