We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Sustainability Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our customer experience initiatives while also championing our sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Experience Management:

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor customer feedback channels and proactively address issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer touchpoints and optimize processes.
    • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Sustainability Strategy Development:

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
    • Conduct regular assessments to measure the environmental impact of company operations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Research and recommend sustainable practices and initiatives that align with the company's values and objectives.
    • Track and report on key sustainability metrics and progress towards targets.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to sustainability initiatives and practices.
    • Engage with external partners, suppliers, and industry organizations to foster collaboration and promote sustainability efforts.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our commitment to sustainability.
  4. Training and Education:

    • Develop and deliver training programs for employees to increase awareness of sustainability practices and encourage participation in company initiatives.
    • Create educational materials and resources for customers to promote sustainable behaviors and consumption habits.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards related to sustainability and ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress on sustainability goals to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in customer experience management, sustainability, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer experience management and sustainability frameworks 
  • Passion for quality and a commitment to driving positive change.
