Crossroads Centre, Antigua is an International residential rehabilitation facility providing medically monitored and clinical supervised care for patients seeking substance addiction treatment services.  Our facility is located in serene settings of Willoughby Bay St. Phillips, Antigua.  It meets the highest standard of care and is CARF certified. 

The program provides 24-hour nursing coverage, individual and group therapy, didactic health and substance abuse education, alternate therapeutic activities with a very strong focus on linking individuals to on-going treatment and continuing care services.  It is strongly based on the 12 step philosophy.
