MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Board of Directors of Massy Technologies InfoCom (Antigua) Ltd.
• Provide leadership to a team of approximately twenty (20) employees, ensuring that the company achieves its short and long term performance goals.
• Preparation and execution of budgets and operational plans.
• Management of all Business metrics including Inventory, Receivables & Payables, Expenses & Profitability.
• Providing opportunities for growth and professional development of employees while coaching and assisting them in achieving individual goals and objectives.
• Facilitating the strategic planning process along with departmental Team Leaders (Sales, Technical Services and Accounts).
• Monitor the development of all contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local and international law; evaluate pricing structures, service and maintenance agreements, delivery and related functions to ensure high quality vendor performance and cost controls.
• To ensure sustainable growth and success of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Technology or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in a related environment
• Proven leadership capability
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Team oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Self-directed with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines and multitask whilst paying attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possession of a valid Antigua and Barbuda driver’s license and own vehicle
