The Computer Maintenance Technician will assist in the operation and maintenance of components of the computer terminal network.

The Job:

The Computer Maintenance Technician will assist in the operation and maintenance of components of the computer terminal network. The Technician will also provide assistance to faculty, staff and students in connecting to and using microcomputer systems and network resources.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have:

• an associate degree in IT, computer science or a computer related field;
• at least three (3) years experience as a network technician/microcomputer repair technician;
• certifications in A+ and Network+;
• strong interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• an ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
