Minimum Requirements:
5 O'level/CSEC passes including Mathematics and English.
2 A'level/CAPE passes.
Degree in HRM, Business Management or related field.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
1 to 2 years experience in a HR environment.
Strong interpersonal / communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to interact with staff at all levels, inclusive of senior management.
Experience in processing NIS benefits would be an asset.
Strong self-management skills.
