We are currently recruiting for a professional with related work experience and who is highly motivated and has a can-do attitude to join our Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team. In this role you will actively support the coordination of business development efforts, promote our brand reputation and support on-shore or off-shore teams in a variety of ways, adding value during the pursuit process/bid management cycle.  

 

Essential functions of the job:

Pursuit management and proposal development:

  • Draft standard sections of the proposal/RFP response templates, adhering to EY brand and style guidelines
  • Collaborate with bid managers to support the end-to-end bid process, including developing and monitoring the timelines and compliance requirements for specific pursuits

Pursuit communications:

  • Update contents in pursuits terminals/SharePoint sites including generic proposals, service line presentations and other materials relevant to pursuit teams
  • Manage the bid query process for RFPs

Administration and reporting:

  • Assist in the identification of opportunities and manage next steps from go/no-go decisions
  • Research credentials, collect and prepare team CVs and references to include in proposals
  • Archive and maintain repositories of regional, market segment or service line collateral (e.g client presentations, RFI/RFP responses, placemats etc), as appropriate

Leadership/operations:

  • Provide quality management and compliance support for final pursuit deliverables and submissions
  • Become a brand champion for the Caribbean firm, delivering advice on key brand guidelines and facilitating training sessions as required
  • Liaise with the graphic team and client servers in support of the creation of content for campaigns or events
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement and participate on global teams for implementation and adoption of technology
  • Contribute to team wide initiatives to build the team’s capabilities across the region
  • Interact effectively and maintain good rapport among a diverse group of stakeholders, demonstrating tact and diplomacy

  • Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple ranks and geographies virtually and physically

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • Education: University/bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Business Studies, Marketing, Digital and/or Strategic Marketing or a related field)
  • Highly developed IT skills, including MS Outlook, Share Point, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • 3-5 years’ related work experience (professional services firm experience is desirable)
  • Prior experience in pursuits/pre-sales/bid management and project management
  • Working experience as a content editor, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other digital communication tools would be an asset
