Card Services Support Officer III

The purpose of this role is:
Responsible for assisting the department in its daily operations across the various business units by working closely with each team, ensuring targets and goals are met and the completion of all relevant duties. Communication and coordination with the business units will be required.

Key functions of the job are:

• Assumes responsibility for ensuring effective support is provided to the various issuing business units as needed or assigned.
• Generation of required working card logs and maintenance of reports.
• Processing of card personalization files from appropriate systems in preparation for printing.
• Monitoring of and actioning of working queues in various Card Fraud prevention systems.
• Preparation of POS Terminal units required by merchant customers for business.
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring that professional business relationships are established and maintained with customers, vendors, the business community, and trade organizations.
• Other duties may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

• Associate degree. Additional training preferred.
• 4 years of related experience.
• In depth understanding of Card Issuing and Acquiring.
• In depth understanding of Card Brand processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits
Cayman National offers an excellent benefits package including pension, health, life, and disability insurance. Dependent on experience, the successful candidate can expect an annual salary of between CI$37,416.00-CI$56,100.00.
