Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages inbound calls and provides the necessary assistance to clients and potential clients by responding to queries, complaints, and requests within the agreed turnaround time.
  • Conducts telephone interviews of potential customers and responds to their queries regarding products and services.
  • To call deliquent customers and get them to promise to pay and actually pay. 
  • Escalates customers’ questions/complaints to the Supervisor as necessary.
  • Develops and maintains positive and product business relationships with customers and potential customers.
  • Performs any other related duties and handles special projects as may be requested by management.

 

Knowledge & Skills Required

 

  • First degree and minimal work experience or persons who are almost completed with their degree. 
  • Five CXC passes, including Math and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Experience is not necessary but would be considered an asset.
  • At least 1-2 years in a customer oriented post is essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
