Manages inbound calls and provides the necessary assistance to clients and potential clients by responding to queries, complaints, and requests within the agreed turnaround time.
Conducts telephone interviews of potential customers and responds to their queries regarding products and services.
To call deliquent customers and get them to promise to pay and actually pay.
Escalates customers’ questions/complaints to the Supervisor as necessary.
Develops and maintains positive and product business relationships with customers and potential customers.
Performs any other related duties and handles special projects as may be requested by management.
Knowledge & Skills Required
First degree and minimal work experience or persons who are almost completed with their degree.
Five CXC passes, including Math and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Experience is not necessary but would be considered an asset.
At least 1-2 years in a customer oriented post is essential.
