JOB DESCRIPTION – CARETAKER

Our client is looking for an energetic and responsible caretaker to work on Monos Island; couples can be considered.  Interested applicants MUST have references and at least three (3) years experience in a similar position.

The prospective applicant would be required to do the following:

1. Maintain property and boat as per the company’s Property Preventative Maintenance Programme.
2. Report to office on a weekly basis regarding the status of the property, such as any major repairs needed, problem with water systems, structures and boat.
3. Secure house and boat at all times.
4. Be available at all times to receive clients punctually.
5. Must have a pleasant and hospitable disposition and be knowledgeable of weather and sea conditions.
