The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for Business Development with corporate clients, and includes understanding and executing sales techniques, sales account management, client presentations, forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities  (All done over the phone!):

  •  Cold Calling – Contacting prospective corporate clients, introducing themselves over the phone and generating   potential business.
  •  Relationship Management - Building rapport with corporate clients and passionate about partnering with them to find solutions to their recruitment needs. This includes understanding their needs and communicating clearly how the value of our brand and services can help them.
  •  Achieving Targets - Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets  

 

Key Requirements:

  • Must have experience in B2B sales including lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, negotiating sales and key account management
  • Have a proven track record in consistently meeting and overachieving targets
  • Be motivated by money, incentives, bonuses, and commission
  • Can create written communication, proposals, and presentations to a professional level
