We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team of consultants focused on delivering enterprise resource planning solutions to our clients. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Successfully implement and support one or more of the following business applications: Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, Dynamics NAV and Dynamics CRM.
• Understand and document customer requirements.
• Work with the project manager and team to develop an implementation strategy.
• Advise clients on best practice and make recommendations for improvements where possible.
• Provide customer facing documentation to support the implementation process.
• Adherence to Davyn’s implementation methodology. 

Minimum Mandatory Criteria

Only candidates with the following minimum criteria will be invited for an interview:

• Implementation experience with an ERP or accounting solution such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Dynamics SL (Solomon) or Accpac. This could be experience in a consulting role or on the client implementation team.
• A good understanding of business operations including accounting, inventory management, purchasing and sales.
• A minimum of 5 years of business related experience. 

Additional Criteria

As a candidate, you should possess the following characteristics:

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to have meaningful discussions with business executives and managers.
• You are a technology enthusiast, comfortable with computers and can skillfully use Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• You have experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL scripting, etc.
• Enjoy solving problems and improving the work environment.
• You are a team player who gets along with you co-workers. Considers work as an important part of your life and you seek personal fulfillment from your job as well as your personal life.
• Hold yourself accountable to consistently delivering quality results on time. 

Minimum Education:

• Bachelors Degree with a relevant focus.
