Our client in the retail sector is seeking an energetic individual to fill the Position of Area Manager.

Our client in the (retail sector - Ice cream) is seeking an energetic individual to fill the Position of Area Manager in the retail.

Responsible for day to day operations of several retail stores in the West area of Trinidad.

• Managing of staff and inventory.
• Ensure that all systems and routines are incorporated into the day to day operations.
• Expected to exercise good judgement in decision making and reporting issues to management.
  
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management
  
• Staff, train and develop associates in store and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of Five (5) O’ Level passes two (2) of which must include English and Mathematics. Tertiary education will be an asset.
• Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be a team player.

Salary Negotiable

Previous retail experience will be an asset.

Flexibility required to work shift Monday to Sunday.
