Reporting to the Executive Chairman the Administrative Assistant provides high level secretarial support with the intent of ensuring that the CEO's office is administered efficiently and effectively.
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and secretarial duties on behalf of the Company's Chief Executive Officer. The position involves the preparation of letters, a portion or all of which may be compiled or composed on the basis of the subject matter, establishing and maintaining files , preparing management reports and performing other supportive duties. The position holder must also maintain a professional disposition and confidentiality at all times.
