Accounts Receivable Clerk
 
 
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The   Accounts Receivable Clerk is to perform general receivable duties as necessary.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Timely preparations and submission of customer statements.
  • Follow-up with customers for payments.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepare lodgment for the company’s Corporate Office.
  • Prepare and enter journals.
  • Summarize card deposit for posting.
  • Periodic submission of relevant reports for senior management.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
  • Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA Level II (or any other suitable professional accounting designation)
  • Two - Three (2-3) years relevant working experience 
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 
  • Advanced knowledge and use of office productivity tools (Excel and other MS Office products, accounting software, etc.)
