Purpose:

Manage and maintain daily the Invoice Register and to ensure the proper filing of the merchandise invoices sent by the Clubs.  Also provide support to AP in processing of invoices for payment and other related functions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• To review the MPO Logs for Jamaica and Barbados as part of the month end close process.
• Enter and verify credit/debit card transaction.
• To assist with the keying of invoices and manual payments. .
• To assist with projects and other areas where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year of university based studies in Accounting, Business Administration, ACCA level 1, completed or pursing CAT or a Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate teamwork, provide leadership and highly confidential.

Skills:

• To file all merchandise invoices in a timely manner when received from the clubs.
• To maintain the Invoice Register to ensure merchandise invoices are being submitted to Accounting on a consistent basis.  Also to keep track of pending invoices and to work closely with the Internal Audit team to send the invoices on time.
