ACCOUNTING CLERK

Health Brands is a dynamic and innovative Pharmaceutical Distribution company dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Provide support to other members of the accounting team as required.

 Qualifications:

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
