Job Description
Duties
• Performing general Accounts Payable functions which includes, verifying, computing, facilitating, and generating payments via ACH, wire transfers and automated cheques for both TTD and USD invoices in a timely manner.
• Submission of daily payments tracker.
• Maintaining and managing proper filing systems for soft copy payables documents
• Liaising with and maintaining good relationships between internal departments and external vendors.
• Updating payment records in Maximo
• Perform any other related duties to support the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives as requested.
• Reconciliation of key SOFP and SOCI accounts e.g. bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, etc
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• At least Level 2 ACCA or BSc. Accounting
• Two (2) to three (3) years’ work experience in an Accounting environment with payables experience
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with an Accounting Software
• Experience working with Maximo would be an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Days of Work Mondays - Fridays
Hours of Work 8am – 4pm
