Skills Acquisition Services is currently recruiting for our client a highly motivated and customer-oriented Auto Parts Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive mechanics and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate cash and charge sales
  • Garner new customers
  • Generate quotations
  • Assist customers with general queries on price and parts availability
  • Prepare sales reports and manage collections
  • Answer telephones promptly and assist customers with inquiries
  • Source spare parts to complete customer orders
  • Market the organization and new products via telephone and other communication devices
  • Assist in managing and maintaining bulk and major customers
  • Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and social media platforms
  • Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the correct parts
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 CSEC passes Grade 1-3
  • Customer service training
  • Auto mechanical training Level 1 and 2
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong technical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
