Skills Acquisition Services is currently recruiting for our client a highly motivated and customer-oriented Auto Parts Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive mechanics and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate cash and charge sales
- Garner new customers
- Generate quotations
- Assist customers with general queries on price and parts availability
- Prepare sales reports and manage collections
- Answer telephones promptly and assist customers with inquiries
- Source spare parts to complete customer orders
- Market the organization and new products via telephone and other communication devices
- Assist in managing and maintaining bulk and major customers
- Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and social media platforms
- Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the correct parts
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 CSEC passes Grade 1-3
- Customer service training
- Auto mechanical training Level 1 and 2
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong technical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
