Work Flow Coordinator

The Incumbents role is to ensure compliance with the factory’s production schedule, so as to ensure the progress of the jobs. And to circulate feedback on the various departments

1. Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products between various lines and teams
2. Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
3. Scheduling job requirments to Supervisors to ensure that shifts and workers provide proper coverage
4. Watching costs to ensure the production process stays within budget
5. Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
6. Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
7. Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs
8. Balance all teams to ensure work is completed on time 
9. Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes
