Marlin Marine is looking to add a Warehouse Officer to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with IT system
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work order for any necessary repairs and/or replacements
• Adhering and maintaining safety protocols and procedures
• Under limited supervision, responsible for complex assignments which require a broad understanding of disciplines to accomplishing related tasks

• Ability to manage effectively
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds assisted
• Effective communicator
• Detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Computer literate to track, analyze and manage business results
• Motivated to train and learn
• Desire to go above and beyond the job description
• Ingenuity - ability to think outside the box when dealing with complex matters
• Comfortable working in a physical demanding environment
