JOB SUMMARY

The Van Sales Representtaive is responsible for delivering the sales and distribution objectives through effective selling and the leveraging of strong relationships in their assigned sales channel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seeks out new customers to ensure our portfolio is present in all accounts in the assigned area
  • Executes the strategic initiatives for the channel to maximize sales and distribution of the brands.
  • Achieves the  budgeted sales, profitability and collections objectives for the channel
  • Meets with key customers regularly to build and maintain the relationship and develop the company’s loyalty programmmes
  • Analyzes the performance of the territory and develop plans to improve on a continuous basis
  • Develops & implements Customer Business Development plans (CBDP) for customers in the assigned area
  • Operates as a source of information on the trends, developments, opportunities  for the assigned areas. 
  • Obtains customer feedback, handles customer complaints and monitors and reports on customer service and competitive activity
  • Manages the accounts receivable aging report on a regular and consistent basis to inform required follow up action.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow the business
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 CXCs or CSEC passes 
  • Al least 2 years Sales experience
  • Solid sales and receivables management experience
  • Must possess a valid driver license
