Drive brand awareness and engagement for the Rum-Bar and Worthy Park rum portfolios. Lead marketing activations, develop key relationships, and execute promotional offers. Requires marketing diploma, 2+ years in sales/marketing, and reliable vehicle.

Are you a confident, energetic, outgoing, and professional candidate with experience in sales and marketing?  Then this role is for you!  Worthy Park Estate Limited seeks a Trade Developer to champion the expansion and development of our spirit brands across Jamaica’s trade and entertainment spaces that drive consumption and brand awareness, while developing brand image and advocacy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES

• Build and sustain awareness of Worthy Park’s spirit brands through continuous engagement of new customers.

• Seek out, negotiate, and lead execution of experiential marketing activities among client base
• Execute and monitor consumer engagement activations across experiential and trade spaces, while ensuring fulfilment of KPIs and brand marketing strategies

• Develop and foster meaningful business relationships with the bar channel and cultivating an understanding of our customers and consumers purchasing habits.
• Create demand for Worthy Park’s spirit brands through innovative and unique promotional offers.

REQUIRED SKILLS & SPECIALIZED TECHNIQUES

• Certificate/Diploma, preferably in Marketing.
• At least two years in Sales/Marketing or related
• Relationship building, Networking, Sales, Communication, Planning and Organizing
• Strong leadership skills as well as good analytical skills. 

 Candidate must also own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
