Must have at least 1 year experience as a Teacher's Aide. Teacher's Aide Certificate preferred but not necessary.

Must genuinely love working with very young kids.

Must have a caring and nurturing personality.

Must be physically able to lift 40lbs.

Must be energetic, and flexible in your work duties. Able to perform work in areas other than the classroom.

Must be emotionally stable and able to handle stress.

Must be punctual.
