We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Room Manager to oversee our inventory management and store operations. The Store Room Manager will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a well-organized storage environment. 

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize shrinkage.

- Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and monitor inventory levels regularly.

- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

- Oversee the maintenance of store room equipment and facilities.

- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requirements and support operational needs.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in inventory management or store room operations.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of inventory control best practices and supply chain management principles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
