The chosen incumbent will be responsible to track and monitor the sell out performance by the distributor as well as to follow up the right execution of investment plans at the point of sales.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Follow up and work along with the distributor´s sales force, sales supervisors, and channel managers to achieve weekly and monthly sell out targets.
  • Responsible to communicate the distributor’s the execution investment plans for all channels, aligned to the investment strategy generated along with the CBDM and Trade Execution Representative Regional.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly meetings with buyers and marketing area of main key retailers to evaluate investment activities implemented and to implement.
  • Follow up on trade investment execution at POS to communicate to the Trade Execution Representative, the results of execution versus planning.
  • Lead the Opps review with distributor´s internal data across all channels to generate action plan to capitalize it.
  • Lead reviews with distributor regarding Opps from out of stock.
  • Work along with the Trade Execution Representative to capitalize opportunities on coverage/distribution and execution across channels, to generate a priorities planning agenda for merchandiser´s team.
  • Work along with distributor´s sales force and supervisors on portfolio training.
  • Track and monitor G2N debit note control for distributor´s claims, to understand variations versus planning, outstanding balances in trade activities and correct management of support documentation.
  • Ensure the right, timely and adequate listing, changes, and distribution for new or current assortment of products.
  • Prepare and track executive summary of top retailers’ performance to follow up on growth or JBPs (Joint Business Plan).
  • Share, in a timely manner, with the Trade Execution Representative and CBDM, relevant information regarding main competitor´s activities and actions.
  • Pre ROI analysis of trade investment plans to execute, insight generated along with Trade Execution Team and CBDM.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

 Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • In-depth understanding of Sell Out generation and tracking.
