Our firm is seeking an entry level Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on CRM management, lead nurturing, research, business development as well as inbound and outbound marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM and Lead Management:

    • Manage the daily operations within HubSpot CRM, including maintaining records of contacts, companies and deals.

    • Develop segmented customer lists based on various lead attributes.

    • Implement and monitor automated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.

    • Update CRM statuses throughout the sales pipeline stages, including discovery meetings, proposals, and customer retention efforts.

  • Research and Business Development Support:

    • Conduct detailed background research on prospects, leads, and competitors.

    • Utilize social media, particularly LinkedIn, for networking and outreach to build strategic relationships.

    • Assist in developing presentations to showcase the company’s services and products.

  • Discovery Interview and Pain Point Identification:

    • Support the Founder in conducting discovery interviews to pinpoint client challenges and needs.

    • Aid in presenting tailored solutions to address these pain points.

    • Log discovery meetings and manage follow-up communications, including drafting and sending engagement letters via DocuSign.

  • Inbound Marketing Strategy:

    • Coordinate with external service providers to execute the company's content marketing and lead generation strategy.

    • Manage the production of marketing materials such as blog articles, eBooks, and SEO strategies.

    • Oversee PPC advertising campaigns and ensure they effectively generate web traffic and lead conversion.

  • Social Media & Website Management:

    • Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website.

    • Create and maintain a content calendar for social media and blog postings.

    • Ensure timely and effective posting of content across various platforms.

  • Outbound Email Marketing Campaigns:

    • Develop and execute outbound email marketing strategies to reach potential clients.

    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Proposal Development:

    • Assist in creating detailed proposals for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and challenges.
