POSITION SUMMARY:
The sales associate is responsible for taking, processing, and selling quality digital photos while delivering excellent customer service.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Listens to, understands, and anticipates customer needs.
• Takes proactive steps to follow up on requests and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Enhances the guest experience by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization.
  • Responsible for adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines.
  • Responsible for handling all equipment safely with care.
  • Responsible for following all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for reporting images that are not of the best quality to the lead or Manager.

Requirements

SKILL AND/OR KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Employees must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances within the site.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions.
• Must be flexible to work different locations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS:
• Customer sales and/or service experience in a retail or service industry is preferred.
