As a Sales Assistant at a well-known Boutique, you will have the important role of supporting customers, ensuring the store looks visually appealing, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers upon their arrival, guide them in locating the items they desire.
  • Proactively interact with customers to showcase products, offer additional items, and surpass sales goals.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the merchandise offered in the boutique.
  • Help maintain the store's visual presentation by arranging displays and restocking inventory.
  • Ensure sales transactions are processed with precision and efficiency, including managing cash, credit card payments, and providing receipts.
  • Support with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
  • Daily Shop maintenance, includes tasks like dusting shelves and tidying up dressing rooms.
  • Foster and uphold positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a strong sense of style.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic work setting and efficiently managing multiple tasks.
  • Exhibits a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong grasp of fundamental mathematical concepts and expertise in accurately managing financial transactions.
  • Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
