Space Cleaners - FREEPORT

We are seeking reliable and experienced Space Cleaners for a multi-use Condominium
property.

- 4 Space Cleaners are needed (2 males and 2 females)

Responsibilities:

o Cleaning and sanitizing office spaces, lobby, and common areas, including desks, tables,
chairs, and other furniture.

o Dusting and wiping down surfaces.

o Vacuuming carpets and floors, mopping, and sweeping as necessary

o Cleaning windows and glass surfaces as needed

o Ensuring that laundry rooms and restrooms are clean and well-maintained

o Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc.

o Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste in a proper manner

o Washing linens and towels

o Operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners

Requirements:

o Previous experience in a similar role

o Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team

o Strong communication skills

o Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment

- There will be 3 shifts per day:

6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Schedule

- 40-hour work week (Including Sat, Sun. & holidays)
- 2 days off
- 1-hour lunch break

Salary - based on experience.
