The JN Foundation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our road safety education initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate activities for various road safety programmes, ensuring efficient execution and stakeholder engagement.


Project Management Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate activities to achieve road safety project objectives, including documentation and publicity.
  2. Monitor project progress and manage risks to maintain timelines and expenses.
  3. Manage suppliers and engage partners to sustain involvement in road safety initiatives.
  4. Track project performance and provide necessary documentation for reporting.

 

Administrative Duties:

  1. Ensure efficient execution of activities, paying close attention to stakeholder engagement and project documentation.
  2. Efficiently manage budgets, cash flow, and produce financial reports as required.
  3. Collate information for the development and distribution of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) reports and other documentation as required by partners.

 

Hours: Full-time/Part-time (40 hours/week)
Travel Required: Occasional

 

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

·        Minimum 2 years’ work experience.

·        Previous experience in project coordination or management preferred.

·        Strong organizational and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.

·        Knowledge of road safety policies and regulations desirable.
