Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an exclusive roster of VIP clients, understanding and anticipating their needs;
• Build and sustain long-term relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted and indispensable advisor;
• Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed of updates and new opportunities;
• Collaborate with various teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of premium services;
• Craft and deliver detailed reports on client status and account progress;
• Address and resolve client concerns swiftly and proficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry insights to provide valuable guidance and maintain a competitive edge.
