The Porter will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor by efficiently delivering packages purchased by outbound passengers at TWEE before boarding their respective flights.

Job Summary:

• The Porter will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor by efficiently delivering packages purchased by outbound passengers at TWEE before boarding their respective flights.

Job Description:

• Ensure that all bags and boxes are ready for the efficient dispatch of goods from the store.
• Ensure that departure purchases arrive at gate and deliveries to passengers are completed i.e.  collection of pink slips and return to shift lead.
• Stock and dust Store shelves to maintain an in stock and cleanly presence.
• Assist in stock counting by counting and identifying items that may be in multiple locations.
• Place rotation numbers on products in the bonded stock room for customs compliance purposes.
• Remove all garbage/empty boxes packaging from the shop to specified dump areas based on pass specification.
• Ensure the bonded stock room is clean and organized based on supplier/ size and quantity.
• Meet and greet customers while in the shopping floor space.
• Receive and pack goods upon delivery from Suppliers.
• Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate health, safety, security and environmental and OSHA’s/AAT’s policies and procedures.
• Comply with Group’s processes and policies as set out and stated in the ANSA McAL Blue Book.
• Perform other related duties as may be required by Management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Five (5) GCE/CXC Ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English Language.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the retail environment.
• Training in Inventory/Merchandising would be considered an asset.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and execute in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
