What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide first-level contact with employees and provide the necessary assistance and support to resolve employee issues.
  • Coordinate, track and document employee problems in a timely manner from end-to-end.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
  • Provide key insight into employee feedback to Management. 
  • Handle the onboarding process of new employees and provide support throughout the probationary period.
  • Provide recommendations, direction and guidance to the company’s internal communication strategy. This includes providing input on topics which require explanation and awareness through mass communication channels.
  • Provide recommendations on how internal processes can be optimized or revamped to improve employee experiences.
  • Provide support to Management and the Marketing Department to develop activities which will enhance employee morale.   
  • Utilize the required application to accurately input data and track employee issues.
  • Compile all necessary departmental reports.  

A Little Bit About You

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Written and oral communication
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Self-motivated and possess ability to work on own initiative
  • Have natural passion and disposition for customer service

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Customer Service or Human Resource Management.
