Packaging Clerk

One of our clients is seeking to fill the role of a packaging clerk. The packaging clerk is responsible for packing and preparing all finished products in demand at the outlet.

Key Accountabilities:

• Packing of all finished chocolate goods/products
• Preparing and curating all seasonal gift packages during high peak seasons
• Ensure that packed and finished products not immediately for sale are moved to the store room in a timely manner
• Inform when running low on packaging materials for example, but not limited to labels, pouches/wallets, cardboard boxes etc
• Perform final checks on all finished goods for defective items
• Ensure containers, boxes and any other packaging in the store room and kitchen are properly and accurately labelled on a weekly basis
• Assist in quarterly stock counts
• Provide support / guidance to new packaging staff
